That allowed Verstappen to take an early lead, an advantage he never relinquished, despite some pressure from Carlos Sainz. Lando Norris managed to hold off Sergio Perez to secure a podium finish, too. It was an afternoon to forget for Mercedes, who had Lewis Hamilton finish in seventh while a mistake in the pits led to Valterri Bottas having to retire. Verstappen now has a four-point lead over Hamilton in the drivers' championship standings. The Ferrari's performed well in each practice session which surprisingly carried over to qualifying.

Carlos Sainz Jr. qualified in fourth place while Charles Leclerc was on pole position. It was not a clean pole due to a crash in the final moments of qualifying which prevented cars after him from finishing their fast laps. So we should get to see Oscar in a Formula 1 car at least once this year. We build an infinite‐horizon dynamic model of the apartments housing market that captures the above features. Some apartments are considered lucky, and some consumers are superstitious. Lucky apartments are valued more highly than non‐lucky ones only by superstitious consumers. Among various superstitious beliefs across different countries, the Chinese superstition is the most populous in terms of its extensiveness and depth. As a whole, evidence from these studies indicates that superstitions surrounding lucky numbers pay an important role in biasing the behavior of investors and consumers.

The pronunciation of the number four in Japanese is very similar to the word death, and because of this, four has been considered bad luck in Japan, Korea and China. It is considered very bad luck to give a gift that is made up of four pieces to someone. Many buildings in heavily Asian areas do not have a fourth floor, much like the way North American cultures treat the number 13. 7 was widely used in ancient Chinese culture, for example the Seven Treasures for Buddhist Scripture refer to gold, silver, colored glaze, coral, amber, seashell, and agate. Another example is the Double Seventh Festivalwhen the Milky Way Lovers can have their annual meeting only on July 7th.

As a Chinese legend goes, when the Jade Emperor in Heaven learnt that his beloved daughter, Weaving Maid, had married a poor cowherd and lived a happy life, he created the Milky Way to separate the lovers. After that, only on the seventh day of the seven month each year, the Cowherd and the Weaving Maid got a chance to meet on the Magpies Bridge which was formed over the Milky Way by a large number of magpies. Therefore, July 7th is regarded as the Chinese Valentine's Day. And the number 7 really does always seem to have a special place in people's hearts; there are seven wonders of the word, seven deadly sins, and the world was created in seven days.
